Judy Donovan, RN - Director of Nursing
Judy Donovan RN has been a nurse for almost 40 years. She joined the family of Heather Ridge in 2006 and enjoys the many challenges of our facility. She has been married to Tim for over 33 years and enjoys spending time with her grandson Michael. |
Eric Gorin, LPN - Night Supervisor
Eric Gorin has been a part of the Heather Ridge family for the 3.5 years. He is a recent Nursing School graduate, waiting to take his state boards. When Eric joined Heather Ridge he was a Nursing Assistant, became the Night Supervisor, then took on the role of Director of our Adult Daycare, and now is one of our nurses.
He is married with 3 children. Eric is a big supporter of the University of Akron Zips and goes to as many of their football games as possible. He and his wife love to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Jodi Palmer - Day Shift Supervisor
Jodi has been employed with Heather Ridge since 1997. She started her career here as a nurse’s aide and gained valuable experience with resident care and staff supervision. She has completed workers compensation, dementia care training, and human resources training, which has enabled her to advance her position to day shift supervisor. She is the loving mother of two sons and one daughter.
Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband, children and pets. She also loves playing softball.
